VISIT REPORT OF MUZAFFAR GARH
It was decided by the Chairperson Mrs. Shamim Mahmood to send winter clothes to the families of flood victims and to provide financial assistance to disable person for artificial legs and repair of Mosque Abdullah (R.A) at village Booch, Peer Barah Hazari.
On 12th February, 2011 I was asked by the Chairperson to proceed Muzaffar Garh tonight to distribute the winter clothes and financial assistance and to verify the usage of roofs material already provided to the shelterless people and to complete survey for the supply of more 20 roofs material to the most deserving families.
While on my way to village Hajipur South. Boat is the only source to reach there
I left for Muzaffar Garh at 12:30 am on 13th February, 2011 and reached at village Hajipur District Muzaffar Garh at 10:00 am. At Zuhar prayer I went to mosque and after prayer I met with the members of Mosque committee and gave them Rs. 29,000/= for the roof and floor repair of Mosque.

At about 2:30 pm I alongwith local committee members visited the houses for which roofs were provided. I observed that about 15 roofs were completed whereas remaining 5 roofs were left unutilized due to the incomplete rooms. The residents committed that in a week time they will complete the roofs.

After visit, the winter clothes were distributed among the poor families in village Lal Pur and Hajipur, the female members of the families were very happy.

At 5 pm alongwith committee members I visited the free dispensary. The staff informed us about the shortage of medicines.

As per direction of Chief Executive the survey of other twenty houses was made and a consolidated list was prepared in order to provide roofs in addition.
